Save Target

I am trying to download a file which contains a stained
glass pattern from a web site. Their directions say to
right click the image shown and choose Save Target As...
When I right click that option is greyed out.
I asked help from the site admin. who directed me to
change my internet options under tools so that I am able
to download. This is option is already checked in tools.
What else could I try?
