D Dave Peterson Feb 11, 2006 #2 Notepad files are plain text. You may want to try saving the workbook as .prn, .txt, or .csv--depending on what you want. File|saveas| and choose the correct "save as type" from that dropdown list on the bottom of the file|saveas dialog. (only the active worksheet will be saved, though)
