Hello,

I created a slide show with a background sound (an MP3 I have on my PC). I
would like to send my slide show via e-mail but I would like the power point
slide show to keep the sound with it.

Right now, when I send it, no one can here the sound...

What should I do???

Thanks!!!

You must send the MP3 as well. The only media files that can be embedded are
WAVs. Converting an MP3 to a WAV probably won't work either because a 4 MB MP3
will grow to a 40 MB WAV.

Hello,

Thanks for your answer... After looking at the documetn I want to create
and the size of the WAV file, I decided to put everything on a CD...

I don't want to put the wav file on the CD. How can I record the sound
directly into the PowerPoint slideshow???

Thanks!!!

Go to Tools > Options > General and set the size limit to 50000 KB (that's 50
MB). If your WAV isn't larger than 50 MB the WAV will be embedded in the
presentation file.
