Save Sent Items on Personal Folder

I have created a Personal folder and configure the delivery of email into
Mailbox, i have just to move the important emails on my Personal Folder so
that i can easily manage my email and to avoid Mailbox reaches the maximum
size.The problem is how can i automatically save sent emails in my Personal
Folders - Sent Items folder? I have try created a rule but it seems the rule
does not allow to save to the other folder (Personal Folder). Any idea on
how can i solve this?

Well, a rule should allow you to copy your Sent Item to any other folder
Outlook can access, but it's just that: a copy. It will still place the
item in the delivery location's Sent Items as well.

On an individual basis, you can specify the folder where a message will be
saved by clicking View>Options and browsing to the folder.

If you want, you can change the delivery location to be your Personal
Folders file, but it's impossible to tell you how, since you neglected to
mention your Outlook version. If you change the delivery location, then the
Sent Items folder in the new delivery location will be used.
