We are migrating from POP3 e-mail from our isp to an internal exchange 2003
server. We will be running the old pop3 e-mail for about 3 months while
every moves over to the new addresses.

Is there anyway to set up outlook 2003 to have all the exchange mail and
pop3 e-mail save on the exchange server. Right now when I add the exchange
account it adds another set up folders for the exchange server but sends the
exchange mail to the old pop3 folders. Is there a way to just make the
exchange folders default and have the pop3 mail save to them?

Thanks

Change you default delivery location to be the Exchange server instead of
the Personal Folders File. Click Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change
existine e-mail accounts>Next. Change the "Deliver new e-mail to the
following location" box to point to Exchange.

I totally missed that setting. It was exactly what I was looking for too.

Thanks
