My PC is a mess and I am going to reformat my hard drive. Any suggestions on
how to save my FrontPage settings, addins, and sites? I have FrontPage 2003
and Windows XP Pro.

If you are reformatting, nothing can be saved.

After reinstalling FP, you'll need to reconfigure your settings, reinstall
your addins.

Make a back up of your webs to reinstall them.

Can the "Files And Settings Transfer Wizard" do anything for me?

If it works, it will transfer the local PC webs (in My Documents, or any other folder you select) and your office settings
