save file to C:\Documents and Settings\USERID\My Documents\MyRepor

The application is in Access 2002 and before I used to save a file to
C:\Temp\Myreport.rtf, but now with Windows XP we are not allowed to save
anything on C:\Temp, I want to know how can I capture the userid of the
person running the report.
