Save File As...

just installed ie 6 after rebuild of pc. now when trying
to save jpg file the file type is jpeg(*.jpg) and the
file name get the .jpeg extension. I want it to save it
as a .jpg extension as it had done before. What is the
setting change i need to do/

Yes, I am having this same problem. All images only give
me the option of saving it as a bitmap when the file type
is jpeg. Help.
 
Empty your temporary internet files.
