save email with attachments

I am trying to save my email plus attachments in a folder on another drive. I
noticed others have been able to do this - their message with attachments
displays in the folder with an envelope icon. When I open Outlook and try to
save the e-mail with attachments, I do a "save as," but when I go onto our
shared drive to view it, it has an "e" icon and only saved the message, not
the attachments. Also, it changed the font, spacing, etc.
 
Please post to the appropriate Outlook newsgroup. You're in the land of
PowerPoint right now.
 
You have stumbled into the PowerPoint newsgroup. Try asking your question
in the Outlook newsgroup. I'm sure you will get a better answer there.
