save email message to file

Hi,

I want to save a single email message (sender, date, subject, body, etc.) to a file (preferably a database or CSV file.

How shoul I do this? I'm pretty new in OL (2003) VBA.

VBA? So why aren't you asking in newsgroups for VBA programming. Try:

microsoft.public.office.developer.vba
microsoft.public.outlook.program_vba

or one of the other microsoft.*.vba newsgroups.
