save calendar as web page

I need to enable a staff member to save her outlook
calendar as a web page. Luck has it that her Outlook says
installed as Internet Mail Only even though she seems to
have Office 2000 Professional on the pc (I did not install
it.)
When we try to save as a web page we get an error message
indicating we need to install the "Web Wizard" for
office. In looking for this I have only found a reference
for Windows 95 and NT. This computer is running XP.

Can I use the same install or should I be doing something
else to enable this feature?

The web publishing wizard works fine.
