Save As xls to text (tab delimited) in encoding utf-8

Hi

I am trying to save as an xls file as a tab delimited text file. It gets saved in ANSI. But I want the file to get saved in the UTF-8 encoding (of course as a tab delimited text file).

Please let me know how you write a macro for this.
