Save As In Word 2003

In Office Resource Kit there is an option to Save Word in the format 6.0/95. The problem is: the format is still .doc even when I in Custom Installation Wizard set the format to 6.0/95. It is not even possible to choose the format 6.0/95 when I save the word document.

Ideas anyone?

The file extension is going to be .doc no matter what Word format you save
in, in case that is confusing you. Does Word 2003 not have the option in
Tools | Options | Save to choose the default file format?

That is correct, Word 2003 does not have the option 6.0/95 in
Tools | Options | Save to choose the default file format, even though I have marked the format in
a) Office Resource Kit
b) Group Policy

Why is that???
