Save as Favorite links problems..

Dear All,

In the Save as Dialog, the (upper left panel)
Favorite links does not work
as it should.

The Recent place displays nothing
and i cannot drag and drop folders or drives
and make shortcuts of them
inside the Favorite links panel.

Is there a way to restore the save as dialog?
