"Save As Command Defaults to the Last Saved Folder You Used"

Since I installed SP1 my explorer doesn't save my last used folder anymore.

There are some progs to change the default folder into a different folder,
but then I still have to change the name when I'm working with different
projects.

Who can help me out?

When you right-click a Hypertext Markup Language (HTML)
link in Microsoft Internet Explorer, the Save Target As
and Print Target commands may be unavailable. In
addition, when you click Print on the File menu, the
Print All Linked Documents check box may be unavailable.
This behavior can occur if Content Advisor is enabled.
Go to below website, click "S" and scroll down to "Save
