save and save as / paste

Help:

I cannot save or save as, click on them and nothing happens
when I try to paste some text, it pastes a bmp instead, Word.
 
Try this. Go to Internet Explorer - Tools - Internet Options - Delete
Files - And Make sure that the Delete All Offline Content Box is checked.
