This is the deal the company is formating all our hard drives and redirecting
our servers so all information in our outlook accounts will be deleted I want
to save mine so as not to have to recreate all the addresses as well as have
to print all emails that are currently saved in my inbox. Any body got a
sugestion?

In Outlook 2003, you should be able to select File --> Import and
Export and then choose to export your entire mailbox to a PST file.
Then you can re-import it or load it separately at a later time.

The problem is we are still using 2002 they are going to upgrade to 2003
after the formating is finished

This is not an issue. 2003 will read 2002 .pst files.

In general, isn't all this supposed to be something your IT staff does as
part of the migration? I can understand your wanting a "just in case"
backup, but .....
