Two SATAII disks are connected to SATA1 controller sii3114 as RAID0.
How to keep the data in RAID0 at replacement of the controller on
SATAII.
It should be sii3132?

Depends on how similar they are. It will, or it will not. Back up your
data!
You will only see a difference in performance using benchmarks. It's not
worth the effort,as SATA II is only faster in burst mode from the drive
cache (8Mb?).
