Does disk defragmenter help on SATA hard dive and can i use the debug script
to remove the boot sector even on SATA hard drives??

Defrag works on the operating system's file system (software) and
doesn't care if it is on a SATA or PATA drive.

I'm not sure what debug script you mean, so I'll leave that question for
someone else.

By debug script i mean the one that is to be used to clean up the entire hard
drive if the hard drive's boot sector get corrupted with a virus

Since I'm unfamiliar with the debug script, I can't answer that
question. Any of the free wiping program would completely cleanse the
hard drive, such as Darik's Boot and Nuke. What errors are you seeing?
Boot sector viruses are extremely rare nowadays and it is unlikely that
a modern computer would have one.
