Well it all started monday, did sys scan found a few
adware deleted them no worms at all shut down system.
then powerd up a few hours later acted like it wanted to
boot then it went to shut down screen, so I tried to boot
in safe mode same thing start loading and then shut down
window appear's. when I bought the system there was no
boot disk that came with it, but I did do the recovery cd
thingy that came with compaq. so pushed f-10 as told to
in the getting started book came with system.did the
system recovery as instructed, did not use any of the
disk's. booted system just like new......not. went
through like a new system registerd everything. now i
can't get into my documents, nothing in favorites, cannot
d/l norton antivirus, i cannot download anything anywhere
from any web page, I even went in and made my self
adminestrator and still nothing. I have window xp
home edtion sp 1. couple of thing's it did while loading
came up, cannot load pcconfig, and explorer need's to
close if you were in the middle of some thing you will
lose that information. thank's for any help kjay p.s.
if I think of any thing else will repost.
 
thank's anyway I did a full system recovery, I tried
everthing else and nothing worked. after the recovery its
running great now, thank's anyway.
