sas proxy

No matter what url I try I get a sas proxy stating I cannot access that url...any ideas

This worked for one user on this forum.

Click on TOOLS, then INTERNET OPTIONS, then the CONNECTIONS tab, then select
LAN SETTINGS, UNCHECK the box that says USE A PROXY SERVER. Click OK, click
OK, close your IE, and re-open
