Yes, exactly same as pro card bar the clock speeds....

Same as the Pro, and it can be flashed with the Pro bios to make it a Pro.
It's a pretty good deal here in the U.S. on Newegg right now for $249.

Hi,

My Sapphire 9800 came with Samsung 3.3ns. I have read that a few early
releases came with Samsung 2.8ns. Also some come with Inferior-Infinion
3.3ns/3ns. By all reports I read the Samsung 3.3ns is actually a very
capable performer (especially when overclocked). I'm still running mine
@stock but I will Flash it to a 9800PRO when I can finish all my stock
benchmarks/stability testing. . .

mine came with samsung 3.3ns, but it has flashed to a 9800 pro no problems,
and still has room for more o/cing
