SAMSUNG YEPP YP-E32S MP-3

After installing software and connecting the player via
LPT1 with PC (Windows XP Home) there is no connection
between both devices. Download of Yepp Explorer for MS XP
from SAMSUNG USA website did not help. Any suggestions?

Explorer in your Internet Search box or Google box and
you'll get many "hits" as to this MP3 player. You can
also download updated drivers at below website and find

thank youo. after downloading and starting "connect" of
the yepp explorer I got the failure message: Access
violation at address 00000000. read of address 00000000."
any ideas what to do now?
