Hello,
I am using Windows 2003 server as a standalone server i.e. It is
neither a domain controller nor a member server.
I know, that, there is a hard limit of 20 characters on the user name.
However, I do want to create Windows users of the form
username@domainname and use them to login to FTP service. Now this
user may end up having more than 20 characters depending on the length
of domainname.
In an AD environment, I could have used the UserPrincipleName to hold
the large name. Is there any way to achieve the same in a Non AD
environment.
Thanks.
