Hello,

I am running 98 and have a Sagem Fast 800 modem which is
working well. I have started to install XP and have
received the message that the modem may not work. I have
downloaded the latest drivers from Sagem and installed
them (including USB ADSL loader).

I then installed XP and the modem is not recognised. I
have now uninstalled XP and am using 98 again.

Can anyone suggest any action for mr to take to install XP
and use the sagem modem?

Thanks

John

1. Use a Standard 56K Modem driver
2. OR Download driver from www.modem.com or www.driverguide.com
3. OR Get a new modem
