Hello,

I need help with safe mode. Ok one day i was turning on my computer, when it
was a blank screen i taped f8 and open safe mode. I tried to install a
program but it wouldn't let me.

You're asking in the wrong place: this forum is for technical questions about
Microsoft Access databases, not general computer issues.

Please repost your question in a group supporting your version of Windows. It
would help a lot if you indicated what version that was.
