safemode sucks...get me out

Hello,

I bought this dell computer with windows xp but
im having problems with the damn thing. I can't remove
any programs in the add/remove section because it say's
my computer is in safe mode. I've tried reinstalling the
msn windows but it won't let me remove it or repair it
because i need a product key which i never recieved...thx
if you can help me?...thx

Call Dell.

Use your Dell recovery CD's, the product key is on a sticker on the side or rear of the PC.

Dell puts a sticker with the Product Key on the left side of the box.
 
Yes, but "midnight computer supply" often doesn't have the
paperwork, hard to find in a dark house when you're in a
hurry. Dell always puts the COA and their service tag
number on the PCs they ship.

So did I, burglars always have trouble looking for the
documentation. And they would remove tags from a computer.
I don't mean to imply that the statement "I bought this dell
computer with windows xp but im having problems with the
damn thing." means that it was a car trunk store front, but
who really knows.
