Safe to use "Delete all offline content"?

In IE6 > Tools > Internet Options > General > Delete Files there is a
checkbox to Delete All Offline Content.

Can anyone confirm that using this checkbox does not delete web pages
which I've deliberately saved (File > Save As).

Hi,

That's correct. That option will delete all pages that have been made
available for offline viewing, not the pages you saved using File, Save as.
