Safe To Delete 2 Files?

Noticed following 2 hidden files under C:\Windows when
deleting the SP2 $Uninstall files. Have no idea what they
refer to and search of MS Knowledge Base nil. Any info
if safe to delete these files would be appreciated.

- $hf_mig$ (includes 300 files)
- $MIS1Uninstall_KB893803v2$ (includes 103 files)
 
DO NOT delete the folder $hf_mig$

You can delete any and all folders that include the word Uninstall in the
name as long as you're sure the patch/update/hotfix that created this folder
is working ok and you are not going to uninstall that patch/update/hotfix.
