Jeff

I just purchased a new Dell 2.8 with Windows XP and this
is the most up-to-date and powerful computer I've owned
in my years of using windows and PCs, but for some reason
I keep getting Runtime errors when I browse the web. In
the last 30 minutes I've gotten "A RUNTIME ERROR HAS
OCCURRED. DO YOU WISH TO DEBUG? LINE: 1206 LENGTH IS
NULL OR NOT AN OBJECT" on one website. Then on other I
got, "Runtime error... LINE: 39 ...". It seems to happen
every 3 or 4 sites I click on with dozens of different
line numbers, and whenever I click to DEBUG them, I go
into some programming screen that is well beyond the
skills of mortal men. Does anyone have an idea why these
keep coming up on a new PC on a new Windows Operating
System? Thanks. Jeff

Disregard that question. I just read around and saw that
a person only need go to the tools tab and go down
to "internet options" then click the advanced tab
and "check" the 'disable script debugging' line to get
rid of the problem. Thanks anyways. Jeff
