Runtime Error

I have just started to receive Runtime Error messages,
and don't know why, or how to fix them. Messages are:
"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library.
Runtime Error!
Program C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE
abnormal program termination"

Thanks, I'm going insane here!!!

Runtime Library Microsoft Visual C++, Runtime Error Program
C:\Windows\Explorer.exe or Iexplore.exe, abnormal program termination.

also make sure you don't have both the Sun JRE and the Microsoft VM JIT
compiler enabled.
