Runtime Error

Every time I boot up I receive the following error
message:
Active X component can't create object SCR: Microsoft
VBScript Runtime Error Line:6 Error: 0 Scode 800a01ad

I notice I am also unable to successfully download
Macromedia Flash. Is there a DLL I'm missing? If so,
where do I find it to download?
