Runtime Error

Ever since I upgraded to Microsft Office 2003 I have been
experiencing IE problems. When I am in IE, I go to 1 or 2
websites and then I get the message "A Runtime Error has
occured. Do you wish to Debug? Error: The callee (server
[not server application]) is not available and
disappeared; all connections are invalid. The call did
not execute."

Can you help me? I'm taking an online class and it keeps
giving me the message above.
