runtime error

I am having trouble with my computer though. my internet
Explorer.

I keep getting an error called

" Microsoft visual c++ run time Library error"
"program: c:\program files\internet explorer\iexplore.exe"
"abnormal program termination"

can any one help me my email is (e-mail address removed)
