runtime error

I recently got a new computer and purchased Office 2007 with it.
Every time
i open Excel i get the following error message:

Run-time error '-2147467259 (80004005)':
Method 'Add' of object 'CommandBarControals' failed

I click on End and the file opens fine. Any ideas on how to get rid of
this
error message?

This happens when you double click an Excel file name? Does it happen with
all Excel files?
What happens if you just open Excel with Start|Microsoft Office | Excel ?
