Can someone help with this problem please.

Nothing new installed for more than 12 months and now I get the following:-
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
X Runtime Error
Program c:/Program Files / Common Files / Teleca shared / Generic.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application support team, for more information.

Best to check the Teleca FAQs or ask their helpdesk for advice. You
could also use System Restore to return your system to a date before
this problem became apparent.
