runtime error

I am getting an error that states "a runtime error has
occurred. Do you want to debug? line 16 error:
dclkpuwin' is null or not an object.

How do I fix this problem? Any help is greatly
appreciated.
 
What program is running when this happens? It sounds like
a message that occurs in Interent Explorer when code in
the web page is wrong. To disable it go to Tools->Options-
Advanced->Disable Script Debugging( or similar)
