runtime error

I am using XP. My husband and I are the administrators
and I have two additional users, one is my son and the
other is a guest. Suddenly in the guest and Evan's user
sessions, whenever I click on Internet Explorer or
Windows Explorer, I get the following message. This does
not happen under my usercode.

Runtime Error!

iexplore.exe

This application has requested the runtime to terminate
it in an unusal way.

Help...How can I fix this problem? Can't go to the
internet to download..

Start>open internet explorer>tools>internet
options>advanced> disable script debugging >ok
