having the issue. I had no problems with NIS 2002. I
having started an Email session with Symantec support on
this. I'll let you know what I find out from them.

I have the same problem too with Windows XP Professional, Outlook
2003, and NIS 2004. Looks like there is real problem here and
Symantec fails to acknowledge there's an issue.
