runtime error 9

Every time I try to open "typing for business" which is a program I put on my
computer I get the message, runtime error 9 subscript out of range. What
does this mean and how can I fix it. You must remember that I am completely
computer illiterate and I mean completely. I have never taken a computer
class so I don't even know the basics!
