Runtime error 35752

I get the following runtime error: 35752, URL is malformed!

I connect to the internet with a 56K modem. I have Windows
XP HOME Edition. How can I rid my computer of this error?
 
Update your AV and anti-spyware software and scan your system. I've seen
this as an Alexa side effect.
