This one should be easy:

Now that there is no more "developer edition", what tools are needed to
distribute runtime applications based on an access database, and how much do
they cost?

Hi Kevin,

The latest "Developer" Edition is called "The Access 2003 Developer Extensions" and is part of the
new Visual Studio Tools for the Microsoft Office System software package.
