Is there a way to spawn or run the "Windows Picute and Fax Viewer" from either a DOS command prompt or from within Visual Basic? It seems the only way I can get it to run is to double click an image file from Explorer.
We have a VB applicatin for Windows 98/2000 that runs the older "Kodak Preview" to open an image. But I can not find a way to get the code to run the view that comes with XP, "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer".
