Thanks in advance

What repair disk? If you refer to a factory repair disk, so wipe the system
and restore back to shipped state and some don't.
More info needed.

OEM's will often supply restore disks or hidden partitions on the hard drive
that completely restore back to original state.
Your settings will carry over in a repair install, but have a backup anyway.

Click on the link below, or copy and paste the link into the address box

I am trying to restore my settings back to when it was in the factory, so i
located the system driver/software library and factory reset CD, however when
i insert it into my computer, there is no button that says 'factory reset'.
Please if someone knows wt the problem is then please help
me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Contact the manufacturer of your computer and ask them
for advice as to the proper procedure to follow when using
their restore or recovery disks.
