Is it possible? Are there any particular settings?

Router : Atlantis I-Storm (A02-Ra3)
Nat
No Dhcp (anyway I tried also with dhcp on)
UPnP available and activated
Firewall Disabled
No Messenger-specific port forwarded.

Note: Messenger works fine on just one PC: is it possible that it requires a
unique IP for each connection? (I mean a public ip, not 192.168. - class)

Thank You

PS: (Sorry for my previous question(: it was not specific)

Hi Tachyon,

You'll need a separate passport for each instance of Messenger you want to
run. Otherwise when you sign in with a new instance of Messenger it will
automatically sign you out on the other machine.

Thank You for your kind Answer,

"You'll need a separate passport for each instance of Messenger you want to

That's What I did. Messenger works fine on just 1 PC (always the same PC),
while, attempting to connect to Messenger Service on the other Pc, it
returns the error "Problems with your Internet Connection"...

Regards

That's because the MSN trys to use the UPNP feature of the router. You need to disable UPNP on one of the PC's. So that force's msn to not use it. 2 computers cannot use UPNP on a router at the same time. So one needs to be disabled. You will to manualy add ports for msn
