Looking for advice or assistance on set up of a DOS based
version of CodeCalc on a Windows XP operating system.
The software requires the Config.sys file to
have "Files=20", "Buffers=20", and "Break=on", and the
Autoexec.bat file to have "Set Codecalc=C\CC5".
I knew how to do this on Windows 95, but cannot see how
to do this on Windows XP. I also don't know if the
softare will run, even if the correct config and autoexec
bat files are set up.
The old software still has some value, so I would like to
be able to run it, on either my Windows XP equiped laptop
or my Windows XP professional network linked PC in my
office.
Any assistance would be very much appreciated.
