Running "Delete' Rule On Multiple Spams

You can highlight multiple emails and run the 'Move to
Delete folder' and it works except you still have
hit 'enter' for each email rule prompt. That is better
than clicking on each email especially when you have about
400 or so hit you but there has to be a way, maybe a
macro, that will automate the process. Anyone know of
anything. Thanks.

What version of Outlook are you using? If Outlook 2000 or higher, you can use the Permanently Delete rule to avoid seeing the spam at all. This could also delete some good mail so use it sparingly.

You can also highlight the mails, press Shift + Delete and the mail will be permanently deleted, bypassing the deleted items folder. I do not know of any macro to do this, however. One recommendation is to use SpamBayes, a free add-in to help control the amount of spam you are gettings.
