Running CASPOL within a c# Application

Can anybody tell me if it possible to create a c# application to run a
CASPOL
command to setup a policy?

I know it is possible to set up a .bat to do this, but I am looking to
attemp
to create an executable which can be run from an installation
software, such
as Installshield.
