Runner error

The following error message contiues to pop up on my screen :
Could not load the traget dll("C:\Program Files\BackWeb\BackWeb
Client\6.2.3.66\Program\frcom.dll", error code 126). This happend after some
files were removed by doing a spyware check. Someone help please :0{

Hi,

Click start/run, type msconfig and click ok. Go to the startup tab, uncheck
the entry that loads BackWeb. Click apply/ok, reboot at your leisure.
BackWeb is an unneeded application that is often included with preinstalled
machines.
