runner error message

When ever I start my computer and windows open I get the following...runner error backweb Id"137903
Sometimes my browser (Internet Explorer) shuts down. Can you tell me what is happening and how I can correct the problem.
 
this is a spyware just unchek this entry from startup and uninstall it from add/remove program.
